Debt Transfer

Credit card companies and lenders frequently transfer your debt to other companies. What they won't tell you is that you can do the same. Once reassigned, your debt is no longer your debt, and you are free of ongoing payments and responsibility.

A group of court mediators and attorneys may be willing to take responsibility for your unsecured debt, by transferring it out of your name and into their name. Once debt is transferred, it becomes the responsibility of the court mediators. You have no ongoing obligation to make monthly payments to creditors or the court mediators.

The court mediators have been implementing this service for the past seven years.  To our knowledge, not a single complaint has ever been filed at the Better Business Bureau by people who have utilized this service.

Please be advised that Debt Transfer has a detrimental affect on credit for 12 to 18 months, but all negatives placed on credit reports are done so in error, which means that by law, they must be removed. Also, the court mediators are limited as to the amount of debt, and therefore the number of clients, they can take on each month.

Many people claim that Debt Transfer “sounds too good to be true”, but keep in mind, credit card companies transfer debt to third party debt collectors, and lenders transfer or reassign mortgages on a regular basis. It they can do it, you can do it!

Also, keep in mind, Chapter 7 bankruptcy, has allowed hundreds of thousands of people to just walk away from their debts, and it is not “too good to be true.”

Once transferred to another party, debt cannot be transferred back into your name without your written consent.

NOTE: Unsecured debt includes credit cards, store cards, such as Sears, gas cards, signature loans, lines of credit, hospital bills, and many other debts including student loans, whether federal or privately backed.
